Is the show available in English?

Yes! The show is available both in French or English. Just ask for the tour in English before entering the haunt.

How can I book tickets?

You can book your tickets in advance on our website (we do accept e-tickets presented on mobile devices), on-site during opening hours, or through the Fnac Stores.

What are your opening hours?

We are open on Friday from 18h to 22h and Saturday/Sunday from 15h to 19h (last entry 30 minutes before closing time).

Is the reservation for a specific time? How long is the wait time?

Tickets are time stamped. The time on your ticket represents the time when you enter the queue. Allow up to 60 minutes wait time on Fridays and up to 2 hours Saturdays/Sundays/holidays. The wait time for special events may vary. We can not predict the waiting time in advance, so we won't communicate it by email or phone.

I have an internet ticket / FNAC, should I go to the ticketing?

No, you can go directly to the queue with your ticket. Show up at the time indicated on it, not before.

I do not have a printer, can I present my ticket on my smartphone/tablet?

Yes, we do accept tickets on smartphone/tablet.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes, gift vouchers are available for purchase on-site. Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase (adult price/fastpass only) must be exchanged for dated tickets onsite, and are not valid for special events (Dark Nights, Halloween).

How long does the show last?

The visit is on foot and takes about 45 minutes depending on your courage (Legends of Paris).

Can I show up at the exact closing time?

No. The last group enters the haunt 30 minutes before the definitive closing of the doors. 
​If you're already inside or waiting in the queue, the show will continue for you.

Is there a minimum age to visit Le Manoir de Paris?

Le Manoir de Paris welcomes visitors of all ages. However, we do not recommend the tour for children under 10 years.

During Halloween, we do not recommend the show for children under 12 years.

I'm too scared or can't show up, do I get a refund?

No, the Manoir de Paris tickets can not be refunded or exchanged.

Can I pay by check on-site?

We only accept credit cards and cash.

Do you have a cloakroom?

No, we do not have a cloakroom. Large bags and luggages are also not allowed on site. You can find lockers at Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est. Moreover, because of "vigipirate" plan, the purses/small bags are inspected before you enter the Manoir de Paris.

Is there a reduced price for group tours?

Yes! For groups of 15 people or more, you can buy your tickets at the reduced price of 24 euros per person. Child rate remains the same. Contact Cultival for your group discount tickets. Note that this rate does not apply during the Halloween period or special events.

What is the recommended outfit for the visit?

We strongly advise against wearing high heeled shoes, open toe shoes or flip flops, as well as jewelry or chains that might hook onto decorative elements.

Are the actors allowed to touch the visitors?

The actors of the Manoir de Paris will interact with you and be very close. You may come into light contact with their costumes or accessories.

Can I bring food and drinks into Le Manoir de Paris?

No, food and drink are prohibited in the show. Consumption of alcohol is also strictly prohibited in the queue, failure to comply with this rule will lead to denial of entrance without a refund.

Are there bathrooms?

We have toilets for visitors. They are located at the end of the course. So remember to take your precautions before coming!

Is Le Manoir de Paris handicapped accessible?

Yes, Le Manoir de Paris is handicapped accessible. The staff will be there to help you during your visit.

Can I visit the Manoir de Paris if I am pregnant or have health issues?

No, Le Manoir de Paris is prohibited for pregnant women or visitors with significant health problems (heart condition, epilepsy, etc).

Can I take pictures and video inside the Manoir de Paris?

No, photos and videos are not allowed inside the haunt. However, you can take pictures in the magnificent entrance hall of the Manor, our queue-line monsters will be happy to pose with you. 

What is the size of the group during the visit?

To guarantee the best possible experience, the groups are limited to 6-8 people. If you are more, two groups (or more) will be formed.

Is it possible to privatize Le Manoir de Paris or to hold an event?
